We had a great experience working with Mark Hamilton. Buying a house can be overwhelming but Mark made the process with our loan completely smooth and stress free. He is extremely responsive and was even accessible when we needed something late at night or on the weekend. We appreciate it so much! I can't say enough positive things about my broker, Peter Tong. He recently handled two residential real estate loans for me. In the first transaction, he had to deal with a very difficult selling agent. I had several loans done by their loan officer Jennie Lee. Jennie has an upscale level of loan knowledge that you can depend on. Also, she always kept her consistency at her work, and keeping me inform on every step of my loan process. Personally been responsible and knowledgable are both important factor in getting the loan done. I dealt with many other banks loan officer but their no where close to Jennies knowledge. Long story short, she will always be my prefer lender for any futures loans.
