About DreamCoat: We are a not-for-profit Northern Virginia painting and home improvement company with the goal of serving our Creator by trying to provide military veterans and others who may need a second chance with meaningful employment while providing exemplary service to our customers. We try to live the proverb " treat others as you yourself would like to be treated."
We decided to become a not-for-profit business--it is our belief that making unneeded gain at someone else's expense does not honor our Creator and gives us a greater opportunity to help others. Hence we will treat you as best we can at all times. We have others goals as well: to make our community a better and more beautiful place to live and raise families.

The company exists to give second chances to the down and out, specifically combat veterans and others incarcerated due to drugs and alcohol, and partners with Catholic Charities and Knights of Columbus. Our corporate motto is We aren't asking for a handout. We are asking for work. Is being honored for our contributions to the community.
