Horrible experience. The dental assistant was rude. Dr. Nguyen barely listened to me describe my problems. After my appointment I find out that my insurance company will mail me a check that I will have to then deliver to Eco Dental. This was not told to me before i had my appointment. Overall, I can safely say I will not be returning.

My office experience with Eco Dental was extremely pleasant from the check in process all the way throughout. I was greeted by Ria who provided excellent service, to Erica with x-rays and positive vibes, to the thorough cleaning done by Martin. Dr. Nguyen provided excellent service as he took time to answer the questions that I had. Usually, at previous dental offices, I feel like conversations with my dentists were rushed and pressured on time. I did not feel this at all at this office. Thanks to everyone for a pleasant experience and I will be referring!

The best dentist experience I have ever had! The environment is warm, welcoming and friendly staff. Very flexible. I love the text reminder. Dr. Hua and her assistant are the greatest. They are very thorough in cleaning and examining. It can be hard to find a dentist you can trust. I would highly recommend Eco Dental and I am very happy I found them.

Excellent service. It's been awhile since I've had a dentist also serve as the hygienist. Sure she's possibly just starting her practice. Teeth feel EXTRA clean though! Office is very nice and modern. Staff was welcoming. Doesn't hurt to have a dentist with an amazing smile. If they take care of their own you sure can bet they will take care of yours as well.
Only tip: for those patients with lips slightly bigger than the norm. Hook us up with some moisturizer during the cleaning process. These things get A a little dry.

Dr. Hua is amazing. I haven't had my teeth cleaned in over 5 years. Going into my appointment, I was nervous and ashamed to be honest. However, she made me feel comfortable and I didn't feel judged at all! I also have a very low pain tolerance and she was extremely gentle throughout the whole cleaning. She even educated me a lot on dental hygiene and why I should floss every day. I asked a lot of questions and she answered all of them very patiently. I actually can't wait for my follow-up appointment in 6 months. Who says they hate going to the dentist?
