From the start everything was great. Carpet ia nice. Was nicely installed. However, the men who installed it Scratched up my dineing room floor off of the living room( where carpet was installed) and me and my huaband just sunk alot of money into it sanding and staining and polyurethane. Now is scratched. And found a razor blade left behind on the carpet( thank god my kids or dogs didnt find it first) along with leaving bags behind from the carpet. And staples on evwry window sill. And as they where leaving they traxked mud onto the brand new carpet.

The woman who showed me samples was nice and helpful. Happy with the price and quality of the carpet. Installers were ok. Maybe took a couple of shortcuts that we didn't realize until later. Husband has to fix one spot. Gave check for the balance to installer as instructed on the signed contract. Installer claimed later that I did not give him a check. Husband and I watched him put it in his wallet! Got multiple phone calls from store asking about getting paid. Had to stop payment on the first check ($39 bank fee) and write a new check. Not happy about that. Also, had to go online and download
