What a wonderful Sweet Sixteen party my daughter enjoyed at the Royal Palm! Staff was professional, attentive, courteous and accommodating. The venue was breathtaking and looked spectacular. The Royal Palm wasn't a terrible place to have an event. The parking was ample and the interior decor was very nice and esthetically pleasant. The food was good. My grips with the location first starts with the staff. My sister had a wedding and the staff didn't seem to know what they were doing. They seemed very unprofessional, without a Maitre d' to direct the staff and connect wedding parties. I doubt we would use this location again for any more events. 11/07/2021

From start to end this was a seamless process. Planning it out and working the event out was done by Paola and Karen and on the night of she had Xenia and mike help us out. They were all so amazing and if I had a future event I'd 100% love to book them again. Thank you a million because I know everyone enjoyed the night and the food!

I had my wedding this past July and it was nothing short of amazing!! Every thing I needed Karen made it happen! I remember the first time I called her I was concerned about my budget and she assured me that we could make anything work within My budget! The customer service everything was 10/10!! I had the most amazing Babyshower at the royal palm. Karen made this entire process so smooth and pleasant for me. Not only her but the entire staff was friendly,accommodating, and truly made me feel like a princess on my special day! All the food a d appetizers were delicious.Bar staff was also great! Excellent. Beautiful venue. Great team working there. Maybe this was due to the pandemic but the venue was very clean, well spaced out, impeccable service, awesome. Highly recommended. We brought our food through a local caterer and the venue staff served it - buffet style but behind thglass shield.

We held our wedding reception at the Royal Palm on 10/25 (Sunday). Our decision was based on positive service folks had in the past. Prior to booking, we were greeted by professional staff and were given full opportunity to explain the type of event we wanted. I originally had my daughter’s sweet 16 party on May this year but after covid - 19, we had to postpone it multiple times until August. This wonderful venue was always there to help accommodate our event, especially Karen, who helped us plan from the very beginning to the end. The people working at the venue were so inconsiderate. There was this one bald Bengali guy who was so rude. He was rude to my family and my guests. He even told one of my guests that they are not allowed to take pictures!!! Is he for real?? Are my guests there to see his face ! So rude and he made a huge deal about the masks when in reality I've seen other events at Royal Palm and the guests were not wearing masks at all.

We had our high school 50th reunion her on Saturday September 15, 2019. The evening could not have been more perfect. The new owner Fathema Ruma and her brother have spent over half a million dollars updating an old shabby building into a beautiful marble showplace. They paid attention to every detail. Even though the staff handled the party they stayed the whole night to make sure it was smooth running.

We attended the New Year's Eve party with a group of friends and family at Royal Palm last night! We all had a terrfic time!! Food, drinks, music were all on point!! The management was available for service at all times. Restrooms were extremely clean! They even had separate arrangements for kids! Over all it was fun and a safe way to spend the New Year's eve.

Went here for New Year's Eve And couldn't be more disappointed. I only managed to get two drinks in about an hour and a half. Very over packed not enough staff. I've paid less for a better time for the same type of event. The food provided was cheap and not enough for the large amount of people they let into this place. One of the staff members even told me I have no idea why it's so over packed. After having enough of a crappy night I left at around 1145 The guy at the door did not even seem surprised I left. He said a lot of people left within the first hour. My recommendation

Horrible food, horrible set up, pretty bad service, Santa was horrible too. Juice is watered down to the point it had no taste, waffles were crumbling, pancakes were broken, sausage were tasteless and the wait to get food was long and confusing, forming on both ends. The employees were nice but definitely not enough management or training for employees they had no idea what they were doing. An employee in a beige suit jacket walking around filming rather than asking guests if they needed anything. Overall a huge disappointment I guess next time we will go to Milleridge or Coral House

WARNING , This is probably the worse place to host a party. Let's start off with the food. The food is disgusting !! I can't believe the food they served. I was given roasted chicken that was pink. Bread rolls that were old and hard. I also had Pepper steak that gave me a tummy pain immediately! The only thing that was alright was the eggplant parmesan. I was disappointed in the lack of utensils. After eating that disgusting meal , I had to use a knife to eat the cake. They didn't refill sodas on the table and let them water down. I mean for 4000 dollars for 3hours they should

We recently held our wedding here and it was the perfect day. We booked through Tiania who was great throughout the whole process. She handled everything with the venue, DJ and photographer. She was always available for questions even when she was on vacation. The staff provided outstanding professionalism and excellent service. They even went above and beyond to practice and entertain our 2 year old ring bearer who walked and did a great job which would not have happened without Royal Palm staff and management :-).

My coordinator "KARLA", sealed the deal for me. She was attentive and knew exactly how OCD I was when planning this Sweet 16. My experience at Royal Palm Banquet Hall began in January when I first went to take a look around. We were looking for a hall that could accommodate 300-400 people. Sana was our guide. During our visit she walked us around the hall, showed us what a potential set up could be, informed us of menu option, and gave us an estimate. We left with a good feeling.
