I contact multi agencies in a days time doing 3rd party mortgagee clause updates, often I have to leave a voice message because no one answers the phone. I left a message with Chris's office and I really did not expect to hear back from anyone so I wrote down notes so I could keep trying to get a hold of someone in person over the next few days. A couple of hours later I was surprised to get a call back from Dana, asking what she could help me with! She was very professional on the phone and also friendly. She was quick to provide what I needed and followed up by asking if there was anything else

I wish I had had the option to choose more than five stars. I honestly cannot speak highly enough about Chris Sules and his agency. I have been with them since 1995. There is no deal that a competitor could ever dangle that would tempt me in the least to go elsewhere. Every time I have had a problem, or even just a policy question, Chris and his team have instantly been there for me -- financially, putting my interests first, and totally having my back. That's both rare and precious these days. I highly, highly recommend Chris Sules and every member of his team (thank you, Dana!!!!!).
