Im very disappointed, upset, and depressed. It took 6 Months to complete the work with multiple cancellations. The temporary bridge they placed broke while I was eating in the restaurant. This was very embarrassing. The crown that was placed in the implant was improperly not bedded inside the gum tissue. I can see the root of the crown when I smile. The crown on the upper right came loose and needed to be replaced. When the dentist placed the final bridge on the front upper, it had a gap between the gum tissue and the bridge. I was excited about the 49.00 cleaning and 898.00 molar implant until I found out after going there it was all a scam! It was more than twice as much as advertised in their mail flyer, and the cleaning was 88.00. The person on phone I spoke to lied about the cost, the receptionist lied and even the dentist lied about the cost. I don't do business with anyone that lies in their ads to begin with (you better read the small print, in the same color as the background so it's harder to notice with no explanation of what hidden rules apply). This has been the worst experience I've had going to a dentist. I had some work done including a crown a couple of months ago. Everything seemed fine until a couple of weeks ago when the crown came off while I was eating. I felt it in my mouth while I was chewing and took it out. It was not only the crown but the TOOTH came out with it attached to the crown! I made an appointment and when the co-ordinator and then the dentist examined me they said that these things happen. By the way, this wasn't the same dentist that did the crown...... he's no longer there they told me 'cause
