My belief in resiliency and a person's innate capacity to "right" what has felt off or wrong in their life is the healing hallmark of my work. I hold LCSW licensure in North Carolina, and am an NC Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist. I earned my MSW from The University of Hawai'i in 2010.
I received the Heart Based Therapeutics Practitioner Certification from the Heart Based Institute in 2015, which is the foundation of how I relate as a therapist, ie., being here and now, attuned to the field of the spiritual/ energetic heart, both to my own, and to the heart of my clients.
