AMAZING customer service and selection! We had an issue with the color of the bike we purchased 3 weeks prior to Christmas for my daughter. They allowed us to swap it out for a different make and color bike no questions asked on Christmas Eve! So hard to come by this type of above and beyond treatment these days! The owners are very kind and we will definitely be using them for our bikes in the years to come. HIGHLY recommended. I have never left a google review but the recognition is well deserved. Thank you so much for making this Christmas extra special for my family.

I was looking into getting a mountain bike to ride some trails at the local parks. I live in Ft Lauderdale and had visited several shops around me to get information and to see some bikes, alot of them didn't have many bikes to look at so I could get a feel for what I needed and just wanted me to blindly order a bike from a catalog.
I happened to be up near Deerfield one day and noticed this bike store so I stopped in. I met Dee who was very nice and knowledgeable. She took her time and showed me several bikes and explained the differences in them and what would benefit me. I went home,

Great bike shop with many different type and sizes of bikes as well as parts and accessories.
I came here researching bikes and Mrs. Dee took the time to explain today’s MT bikes to me since it’s been a while (20yr) since I’ve been on one.
As a side note, I went to three other bike shops in the area and HBC was the only shop that felt like customer service was important enough to speak to the customer who entered the store.
After some explanation and some test rides I was out the door with my new 2020 Giant Stance 1 with some additional supplies.
Would definitely recommend this shop to
