So she pops up in my door and we give a place for the night then we go to this hospital to get her checked out and explain these concerns , TERRIBLE PEOPLE !! They dont want to hear me out they just trying to take the dog and send me off ??? (THEY TRY AND KEEP ANIMALS FROM MY SUSPICIONS) , it's a stray and brought it in with

I'm feeling heartbroken and scared reading all these horrible reviews. My English bulldog was perfectly fine last night, playing and eating. This morning he woke up with dry heaves and wouldn't eat. He was quickly diagnosed with Parvo. He will be kept until Monday morning. I am mortified after all the research I've done but am hopeful because of how fast it was diagnosed at the OCEPH. A call later in the day was greatly appreciated.

Please as a pet owner and as clinic employees and doctors don’t release a sick pet back to the owner my baby passed away 3 hrs later after being released. I wished I would’ve done a million things differently to save his life. The picture below was my baby Tyson the westie 6 hrs before passing away my heart is broken and it’s easy to say now only if I would’ve known the severity of his condition. Please anyone faced with a similar situation ~ If they recommend blood work X-rays or whatever and if you have the money just do it trust me this F pain is not worth it. God I will give anything

I came here with my cat who had swelling in his arm. I was greeted immediately and after taking down some details they rushed my cat to the back and they asked me to wait in the car due to Covid reasons and they would call me and I informed them that my phone was dead and I did not have a charger and the receptionist was very friendly and even allowed me to charge my phone at her receptionist station. I was called in within 15 minutes to discuss what was wrong with my cat and my options as well as pricing. I am very impressed by the clinic and staff and will definitely be back to this Location

I am thankful Jamie put my mind at ease Via the Phone . And has the Medicine that was recommended by a Dr. That only Communicates with me Via Text and won't respond by Phone and keeps telling me bad news about my Fur baby each day . Quick to take hundreds from me & won't give me documentation of what test she did nor give me paperwork on what she diagnosed him With😢. Said she needs to get a second opinion on what she thinks is showing on his Xrays . She must be waiting to hurt me more with the worse news last. And try and keep collecting money from me . While My Fur Baby is in Chronic Pain and

They don’t see exotics but they are the closest emergency vet near us and were able to help both our guinea pigs pass peacefully and quickly when each of their times came. I appreciate their expedience and kindness, especially with how busy and short-staffed veterinary hospitals are right now.

Thank you for saving my Umsara's life. I've realized my dog started breathing rapidly at 11 pm on Saturday night. I thought she would be fine after a while. but she kept panting at 2 am and the stomach was looked like swelling. So I took her ER and they took her inside. After 45min I could talk with the doctor and she said my dog got heart failure and now she is in the oxygen care. My dog hospitalized until Monday morning and when I met her again she was really good. They gave me papers(Medical record and test results) so I can give my vet. Now she is stabilized and looks good. I really appreciate
