I thought that Justin at Lightning Auto Glass would do a great job fixing my poppy seed size chip that I got yesterday but he did NOT! He fixed chip and prevent it from further cracking/spiderweb, even though it was very small. He ended up "scratching" my outer windshield when the dremel bit broke, he said it broke while he was repairing it and scratched it. He did not initially apologize (he did once towards the end) and said it happens. It "happens"???? AND trying to brush it off like it was no big deal. It was worst than what I came in for, the scratch is about 1/2 and it is noticeable inside

Travis helped me out with my 2020 Ram 1500. The weather was not on our side as it was really windy and started to rain heavily during the repair. The tents were only enough to cover the truck but not Travis. He still completed the repair in the heavy rain and got me out within 15 minutes. I appreciate the service! Definitely recommend!
