BEWARE of this business. I had an appointment with them at their Broken Arrow Oklahoma location in which I confirm the appointment. I showed up and it was a different business. I then proceeded to call Ed to make sure I had the correct address in which he gave me an address in a different state and basically laughed at me and hung up. There are great insurance companies out there like farmers, State farm and Allstate. I would stick with the main brands. If this company is legitimate which is in question the owner Ed is incredibly unprofessional. My advice is run.

Alchemy is perfect for me because I prefer the customer service of a small business. Every time I call the phone number, I get to talk to a live person-Ed always answers right away (I don't care for the inconvenience of navigating automated systems and being on hold, so this is refreshing)! I gave 4 stars but only because they are open monday-friday but not the weekend. I would definitely reccomend Alchemy!
