I have a passion for helping individuals and couples work through relationship challenges and difficult life transitions. I work with individuals dealing with current or recent divorce, other relationship issues, dating difficulties, as well as social anxiety, depression, and grief/loss.

I find particular enjoyment in treating students and young adults who are struggling to find independence, love, and happiness as they begin to navigate life on their own.I also work with couples to improve communication, manage conflict effectively, break through sticking points, and revitalize relationships which have become distant.
Services
I earned my M.S. and Psy. D. in Clinical Psychology from Chestnut Hill College in Philadelphia. After completing my graduate training, I completed a one-year pre-doctoral internship at Metropolitan State University's Counseling Center where I helped students with a range of emotional issues, life transitions, relationship problems, substance abuse, and trauma.
