My former doctor retired and I was referred to Psychcare. I'm not going to go into my thoughts regarding them, but for very valid reasons, I was compelled to go elsewhere. I ended up making an appointment with Dr. Sathpathy with great reluctance based upon these Yelp reviews. I completely disagree with the 1 star reviews. I found him to be a thorough, soft spoken, gentle, kind, and professional practitioner that submitted my refills electronically in a very timely fashion.

Every visit I am always checked up on in regards to my daily life, how things are going, and how the prescriptions are working for me . He's very nice and always recommends alternatives even for my journey on quitting smoking. I'm very glad I found this doctor ! And I don't have a problem with my medications getting filled personally , they are always on time.

Don't ever let your child get into the hands of Sanjoy "Psycho"pathy. He was condescending and rude. He purposely misdiagnosed my daughter as suicidal so he could keep her there for the maximum 72 hours to continue getting paid for his "evaluations." He tried to force us to put her in a special school to be further monitored and we got angry and said she shouldn't even be in this 72 hour hold. He lied on his report, stating she had "fresh cuts" and when I read it on her release, I told the nurse to find him to explain since she had absolutely NO cuts anywhere

This doctor always forgets to submit the refills for my daughter treatment. This is the last time we go to his office.

Dr. Sathpathy would consistently "forget" to submit for refills of my prescription, often causing me to go 3 - 4 days without my maintenance medications. If you depend on a mental health medication DO NOT go to this doctor for your prescriptions.
