Horrible attitude by the staff. Wanted to argue and match wits. Self righteous attitude. Spoke to a person going by the name of "Jordan" about mileage discounts on a very old auto policy. She was clueless. Could not answer any of my simple questions about how mileage discounts work e.g. at various mileages and resorted to using hypothetical situations instead. She was arrogant and combative. How this agent stays in business is a mystery.
