I wanted to order a floral spray for my mother-in-law's funeral. I called Forest Hills Florist shop and spoke to Danielle about my budget and options for graveside flower arrangements. Looking on their website and talking with Danielle, I was able to order a beautiful custom spray with my choice of colors (pink, white and purple). Danielle explained how to keep the arrangement fresh since I was driving it to the funeral the next day. It was a gorgeous flower spray and exceeded my expectations. Thank you to Forest Hills Florist and Danielle for adding such beauty to a solemn event.

I called all the way from California to have some flowers delivered to a family member who lives in the area and they were incredibly pleasant and helpful. They took my order over the phone and had the most beautiful bouquet delivered soon after. Thank you so very much!!

My review is solely on receiving flowers from the company. I cannot speak to the actual ordering process, pricing, staff interaction, or comparing to what was "in the photo" when ordered.

I, however, can speak to how beautiful, fresh, and full my arrangement is. This truly made my day when I received the delivery. Everyone who saw them commented on how pretty they are. So, even went as far as to say - "you have someone that loves you, because those are beautiful!" That gave me a good laugh.

I often send flowers to other parts of the country for friends. When I've found an awesome florist, I work with them regularly because I'm confident that my friend will get exactly what I'm expecting them to get. They also send out an email with a photo of the actual bouquet saying that it was delivered. I never got an email confirming that it was delivered and while it's not a horrible bouquet it certainly isn't what the photo looks like especially since I paid for the highest upgrade - the deluxe! The description online also said that it comes with a beautiful blue

My sister and stepmother sent my family and I flowers since all 3 of us have come down with COVID-19. Instead of giving me get well wishes from my family I received condolences from a corporation. My son is hospitalized and we can not see him or reach him. This caused so much stress for our family trying to get to the bottom of who this corporation is and why they would be sending condolences. When I called the florist they kept me on hold for 15 minutes and seemed to think it was no big deal. They were flippant about the affair and think I should just get over it. I think you should know this

I always receive roses on Valentine's Day from my husband... however I must say this time is over the top! This boutique is so beautifully placed! The little pops of tiny flowers are such an intrinsic pop of beauty. I'm just still in a state of amazement. You guys are awesome! Thank you!

I can only speak as a recipient of flowers from Forest Hills Florist (>obnoxious hair flip<, LOL) but have nothing but compliments to share! From a very respectful COVID-19-friendly delivery, to the solid vase and stunning arrangement of beautiful flowers - its a lovely final product. And for whoever needs to read this - there is never a bad reason to send flowers, and especially when you have no reason at all - do it!!! Im a sucker for sweet gestures but who's day isn't brightened when you hold a bundle of perfectly expressive petals!? Thank you Forest Hills for a gorgeous bouquet!

I placed an order through teleflora that came through this florist. I was less than pleased with what I received. I can’t speak to the work they do in person, but they’re translation of what’s on teleflora leaves a LOT to be desired. Had teleflora refund some of the cost, since I paid $75 and it looks like a $15 bouquet from a grocery store. Going easy on the star ratings because was ultimately teleflora’s responsibility.

Beautiful floral arrangement received today from my daughter (in VA). Forest Hills delivery was wonderful. They rang the doorbell (which I ignored because I thought it was a package drop off) so they left the flowers by the door snd sent me a text! The arrangement and vase is so pretty. My daughter was very happy too!

Had flowers delivered to me by Forest Hills Florist in Garner today. The flower arrangement was beautiful, the freshest flowers and the roses and flowers smelled so wonderful. My boyfriend has used them several times to deliver flowers to me and I’m always very impressed. I would definitely recommend them. Their flower and fruit basket delivery brightened my day.

Used Forest Hills for a flower crown for my flower girl. The quality was amazing (just like the picture shown on their site) and they delivered directly to our hotel when we needed it. My flower girl was showing off all night!

I've used Forest Hills Florist for many years. They're a small family run shop. They always order what i need if they don't have it. Sometimes I may only go into the shop once in a year's time, and they remember me and what I usually order. In fact, they even order the special flowers my wife likes on Valentine's day in advance before I even talk to them.

My all time favorite florist! They did my wedding in 2000 and I have used them every time I need flowers since then. Amazing red roses. Never had a bad arrangement.
