Horrible customer service. Scheduled a flower delivery to the hospital. They do not deliver directly to the room so leave at a front desk. Flowers never made it to the recipient. Talked to the hospital, nurses, front desk and they claim they do not have. Fallons refused to provide me with a refund or credit. Only option was to deliver the flowers again back to the front desk where surely it would again not be received. Very disappointed with fallons response to correct this and lack of responsibility. I would not suggest ordering from here if this is a gift to be sent to the hospital.

I have been a customer of Fallon's Flowers for 15-years and have only compliments for the establishment, products, and staff. My most recent order involved connection with florists in cities far from Raleigh and I had an exemplary experience with Madison of the St. Mary's Street store. Along with an infectiously positive attitude, Madison provided exceptional service and support. I will continue to rely on Fallon's Flowers when floral expression is needed.

I have been using Fallon's Flowers for over 5 years now. I have never found a place that even remotely comes close to how absolutely Gorgeous the flowers are. Not only are they perfectly arranged, extremely healthy and fragrant but I'm always shocked by how long they last. You can tell they take great care of their flowers. I will never recommend or use anyone else. Fallon's Flowers customer for life. Love you guys!

My sister decided last minute to marry her soulmate at the courthouse and Thomas was able to design a gorgeous bouquet and boutonnière for them within two hours!! Thomas was patient and kind and his work brought tears to all of our eyes. The flowers were fresh and vibrant and exactly what my sister envisioned. We are eternally grateful.

Update: We ordered two Mother's Day arrangements, one delivered and one picked up in store. The in store arrangement was okay but the delivered arrangement is nothing like what we ordered. Not happy.

I called from SouthCarolina to order flowers to be delivered to my daughter in Raleigh. After looking at your website and getting some good ideas, I spoke with Lauren, who was friendly, helpful and efficient. The flowers were delivered as ordered and absolutely beautiful! I called and placed the order and spelled the recipients name twice. Received the receipt via email and saw the name was misspelled. Called back 3 times to have the the recipients name corrected and was told they would fix it/it was fixed each time. The "new" receipt never showed a corrected name. But I was assured every call that it was spelled correctly. Flowers delivered, and the name was still misspelled. There final bill was also $25 more than advertised on the website. They won't get my business again.

My bestie and I needed to send flowers for a business grand opening. Since we live in Honolulu, naturally we checked Yelp to find a highly rated florist in Raleigh. It took a bit of maneuvering since there is a five hour time difference, but we managed to connect with Fallon's Flowers and tell them what we were looking for. We sent a picture of an arrangement we loved and Fallon's let us know what flowers were in season that would be similar. Was given a call when the flowers were ready. The store itself is cute; nice little trinkets you can buy besides flowers. Noticed they had "Pinot Nior" and "Chardonnay" candles in pretty little wood votives. They also sell homemade soaps by the slice and unique looking wind chimes.
Pricing for flowers seemed comparable to other shops in the area. Customer service was a plus as well.
I do feel some of the leaves on the roses should have been picked off for a fresher look if not just replaced all
