I contacted Dexter and Dexter offering to pay for a short consultation. To my surprise they offered me a free consultation. After contacting the firm, I had an appointment set up for the following day, much faster than I would have thought. Chris Dexter gave me 15 minutes of his time which was all I needed to get answers to my questions. Chris was cordial and welcoming, and since we’re in need of updating our will and forming a trust, we’ll see if Dexter and Dexter can help us there as well in the near future. I’m very appreciative of their services.

Darren Watts Attorney handled my divorce process in a highly professional and responsive manner. They take advantage of people who have a traumatic brain injury. The did not verify if the individual was competant to sign a legal document. When the Utah courts had ruled he was incapacitated and needed a legal guardian. His nuerologist also said he was a vulnerable adult under Utah law 76-5-111 and 62-3-301 they took advantage of a vulnerable adult. They had him sign a legal document and did nothing on his case or called their client to follow up on why he had not returned to the office. they even admitted that they could not sign a contract with someone who was ruled incapacitated by the courts

I retained Chris Dexter to handle the resolution of my fathers estate. I did so because his firm was ranked #1 on google. The first meeting was pleasant and he seemed highly skilled in family law. After the original consultation in which I paid him the experience went downhill. The demand letter he composed was ridiculous and when I approached him he said I could type my own and e would go off that. I spent several days composing it and he revised it and I was very pleased with it. As we proceeded, I began to worry because no reply was received as I submitted questions, he wasn't available

If you are going to take University Parkway to come to this law office be sure and leave plenty of time because Chris Dexter the managing partner waited seven minutes before leaving for my appointment and they try to have me meet with a bankruptcy attorney for my personal injury. Very arrogant receptionist also. I imagine they have all the work they need and so you might want to consider another Law firm before wasting your time here.

I would never use them again and strongly recommend anyone avoid using them.i had a case With them for over a year and was never notified about the status of my case.i live out of state and the only time I was contacted by them is when they wanted me to find out information for them that they should be researching them selves.Then I was mailed a letter saying they would no longer represent me after they ignored several emails asking for the status of my case.
