Aj does not know how to run a company, nor does he have the decency as an OWNER to fire an employee. Katie can't run as a dispatcher either. They steal money from their employees. Aj also makes his employees drive the tow trucks when they have no brakes. And they fire an employee over text. If a could give this company a 0 star, I would.

Allstate uses this company as a roadside provider. As a collision shop employee I hate when this company gets assigned. They take more than triple any other providers response time in bringing a vehicle to the shop. All this time we have customers calling and angry for something out of our control. The dispatcher is unhelpful to both the shop employees and customers. Wish Allstate would take them off as a vendor. So if cheap is what you are looking for go ahead and use them, but remember you get what you pay for and expect to wait a while.

I called them for service and told them I was on the way with the keys to the car so the car can be transported there and I pulled up to them pulling my car and it was not even put in neutral!!! When I called the lady said it won't mess the car up but that is absolutely not true at all . Avoid using this company at all cost

If I could give them a triple minus 150%, that's exactly what they'd get. My roadside service called ARNAZ, the (mind you this was at night, me a female alone after dark in an unfamiliar place), F^@ktards ARNAZ, called me saying they'd be there in 20mins, 45 mins later I called the ins. co. They had me on hold for 30mins trying to contact ARNAZ, finally ins agent tells me they're on their way in 20m, yep, half hour AFTER the 20mins ARNAZ calls me says tow broke down, should he send another truck and hear we go, in 20mins? Very calmly I say YES, mind you it's now 10pm I waited after the 20mins,
