The office staff is so welcoming, and amazing with my toddler, that's been going there since he was 4 months old. They always have us in and out, and explain everything to me. As a scared, first time mom, I have many questions, and his dentist always is sure to make sure I'm walking out level-headed and happy. The o my reason I don't put 5 star, is because there's not anything to occupy the kids while they wait, which, as a mom, is very convenient when walking into doctors offices, with children, and needing to fill out paperwork. Don't think I will be using this office for my services. Everyone was nice but the wait was a tad long even for a new patient. Didn't get a copy of the treatment plan & then it wasn't broken down into affordable appointments to encourage patients to do return visits for treatments.

The staff was the nicest they can be. The Dr. was very good at explaining the procedures and steps involved with it. Made understanding the insurance paperwork a breeze too. Definitely a place to think about goin from now on.

Be very, very leary of this dentist. While the facility is extremely nice everything else may not be as pretty. When I called to make my appointment the receptionist was rude because she thought I was cancelling an appointment but when I said I needed to make one her tone changed to instant happy and apologies came flying I thought that was bad. I knew what I'd receive if I ever had to cancel yikes.

And now for the appointment: I went in for one thing and they started doing x-rays without even asking me. I go to the dentist regularly and was at the end of my previous dentist's treatment
