I would give 5 start if they don't cancel our cleaning appointments. Apparently if you miss a call from them to confirm the already scheduled appointment (months back) they will cancel.
The facts, I did called from work to confirm but It was taking forever for someone to answer so I choose the option of leave a msg '' confirming '' but apparently no one noticed to update the confirmation made. However, I must mention that I will keep using they services bcs they have excellent profesionals there.

I used to be scared to go to the dentist office until I begin going to Aberdeen Dental Care. Everyone there is so kind and helpful. They are very patient with me. They never fail to put me at complete ease when I have to get dental work done. I can honestly say that I am no longer scared of the dentist. Thank you Aberdeen Dental Care. The worst customer service I've ever encountered. They barely answer the phone. They rescheduled my appointment twice, causing me to miss a paid photo shoot. This was on top of taking weeks to return my call to schedule the initial appointment and to get information about my account. If my insurance had not already paid them for my service that is still not completed, I would not return to them at all!!!!

This practice is one of the worst that I have ever experienced. They nickel and dime you for additional services that are all out of pocket expenses. They also convinced my teenage daughter that she needed Invisalign braces. The scheduling system is flawed as well as the billing system. If you value your time and money then do not give them your business.

I Would not recommend this Dentistry. My wife and I where looking for a dentist in the area so we booked our first appointment. They did the usual x rays and cleaning. Everything seemed fine until we received a bill in the mail over $400. Then a few weeks later I received a texted saying I have an appointment that I didn't schedule. Not sure what's going on over there,but we will not be back.

I can't even begin to express how unprofessional this practice is. On 12/26/17, they were able to fit me in for an emergency appt. Nice, right? I waited an hour in the waiting room and two hours in the procedure room. They had a temp dentist that day. He spoke with me for five minutes, took some x-rays, and left. He left me alone for an hour until finally said he couldn't see me.
12/28/17... I came in for a root canal. I was at this practice for five hours, four of which I was in the exam room and three of which this temp dentist was attempting a root canal. He jammed files into my gums
