I would recommend Ryan Bush state farm office to everyone! I have been with them around 3 years now n they are always trying to find ways for me to get discounts. I have been dealing with an accident and the claims associated with it for a couple months. I've had some representatives tell me incorrect information and was told multiple things by different representatives. Jeff, however, went above and beyond to make sure my issues was dealt with properly and as quickly as possible. He was kind, caring and took the time to explain things and get accurate information. I started working with Ryan after having an unpleasant experience with a different agent. Ryan totally solved the issue and made everything extremely easy. He was so informative and patient while helping me set up a home owners policy which was new to me. I can’t say enough great things about how hard Jeff worked to literally save the day for us. Through a very unique and unusual situation, my husband and I were told our mortgage financing was at risk due to the cost of the homeowners insurance we have been using the past few years. Their quote for our new house was through the roof and high enough to threaten the entire real estate transaction. Ryan is so very personable, and knows what he is talking about which means he doesn’t mind having to break everything down for someone like me 😅 I can’t tell you how many emails and phone calls we have had back and forth adding things to my homeowners policy, and he never has complained always willing to help, he helped make my first time buying a home that much easier! I highly recommend Ryan bush and his team. Great service first time getting insurance and ran me through exactly what I asked for and wanted for coverage for my vehicle. Any time I call the receptionist Paige gets me to exactly who I’m trying to reach whether it be Ryan or Arman. She’s very friendly considerate and professional always feel appreciated when I call, as other insurance companies acted as if it was an inconvenience when they answer. I give Ryan bush and his team at State Farm a 10/10 rating in my book.
