These folks were not my agent (my own agent was excellent) but they mis-communicated to their own clients and misled them on the closing date (among other things) and were very unprofessional. The seller agent was not someone you want on your side selling your home - she did not take any responsibility for her lack of communication to both her clients and to my agent. She even tried to blame both of them instead of accepting that a mistake was made on her part and to try and come to a resolution. Zero ownership of mistakes. Thankfully my own agent is a pro and experienced and got everything sorted

My wife and I were sellers in a transaction completed in March 2019. Cardinal Realty Settlements was selected by the buyer. Bottom line up front, there were problems with the settlement that began with the fact that they failed to pay off our mortgage (they had the money of course, they just never sent it) - this rating is not because they had that problem, but how poorly they handled the communications after the problem surfaced.
