Veteran, James Stuck, had recently underwent a procedure which resulted in his lower right leg being amputated. Mr. Stuck needed rehabilitation. With limited resources for substantial rehabilitation, the VA offered a contract to provide him with the care he would need to recover at Arbor Village. On October the 9th, 2019, Mr. Stuck was admitted to Arbor Village's Rapid Recovery suites.
Our daughter has been a resident at Arbor Village for eight years. Arbor Village has been a wonderful place for Mitzi. The staff has always been very kind and understanding with us. It is close to our home, so when Mitzi feels like it she can come for a visit. Mitzi enjoys the barbeques and the activities they provide for the residents.

THIS PLACE IS A DUMP. Do not come here. It is dirty, broken down and not safe. They didn't have my meds and then tried to give me someone else's meds. They were not even something I take. Once they got my meds they sent them back since I had left so now I'm stuck through New Years weekend without meds. This place should not be open.

I cannot say enough good things about Arbor Village and the wonderful, compassionate staff! When the time came for my husband to enter a nursing home, I was devastated, but the director Ernie and his wonderful staff helped us both to make the difficult transition. I was encouraged to visit as much as needed and, even though I was there daily, I was never made to feel as if I were a nuisance. Harold attached himself to certain of the CNAs and would follow them around. This did not bother them. They gently told him he could not go with them into any room that was not his and he would wait for them

Was in this facility on 1/20/18 to see a family member who was passing, I'm a nurse, 22 years as a Nurse, as we are visiting our family member, an elderly lady approached us requesting assistance to go to the restroom, as her request was ignored by several staff members , for several minutes, I assisted this lady to her bathroom, she had already had an accident in her pants ..... I got her to the bathroom helped her get cleaned up, the staff finally came to help 28 minutes later (I timed it) the staff was rude, disrespectful, and didn't appreciate the assistance. It's a shame that out elderly are
