Employees are always friendly and helpful. Extremely knowledgeable technicians! Labor rate for repairs and cost of parts are very fair compared to other shops in the area. Firestone couldn't fix my problem, I dropped mu vehicle off on Thursday evening and they fixed my engine and had it back to me the following week. The quoted price I got over the phone was more than what they charged me. I love being able to save money. I definitely will go back for any other repairs
