Our alternator died on the way home to Texas from Florida. Integrity Imports was the only car shop we found who would help us get it fixed that day, so we could make it home. He got us all fixed up within about 2 hrs, and we were back on the road again. We are so grateful for his willingness to help and his great work on our car. We highly recommend this place not only for the professional and great repair work but also for his kindness. It's a great shop with a wonderful owner!

I had bad surging issues with my Toyota Tundra of which I could not find a solution. I didn't want to go back to dealer because of extremely inflated labor costs so I looked for someone experienced with foreign auto and Integrity imports took my truck on appointment due to a number of people ahead of me. It was about three weeks but I got my Truck fixed in less than twenty four hours and the Labor charge was fair and commensurate to the work done. My Toyota drives great now and I am not holding up traffic going up on ramps to the Interstate.

Todd was a great guy and got my inifiniti running better than ever, and for a reasonable price. My car had broken down in Shreveport while on my way from Dallas to New Orleans. I chose Integrity Imports because of the positive reviews from previous customers. And they’re right. Todd takes pride in his work and does the right thing. I brought my 4runner to Todd based on a friend’s recommendation. The job was for brakes and flush/fluid replacement of the rear-diff, transmission. Not only was he honest and thorough, he also called me if there was more work needed. He also told me when he didn’t think work needed to be done and save me money. Todd is one of those rare mechanics that does a good, honest job. I will be bringing my business back as well as telling my friends to go to Integrity Imports!

Sorry to hear about David G's phone call experience. But, of course, that's not an accurate assessment of the business and the owner's work. Todd is the owner and sole mechanic on the premises. He has over 30 years of Asian model car experience and has worked on all of mine. He is knowledgeable, prompt and works quickly. His prices beat all the dealerships as well! So if you want to support a great local business who is more knowledgeable than most dealership mechanics and pay less you should look here!

I called to get a estimateI 2011 Kia worked on told them I had the parts already purchased, and they will not work on, very unfairly over the phonevery, cannot recommend these people.. Maybe they do good work I don't know? But there's plenty good places in the area besides these people. Check them all out. This is just my experience I hope you have a better one..

Todd is very honest, knowledgeable, and helpful. I'm from TN and was in town for a few days. My check engine light came on. Todd was able to quickly determine that the problem was covered under a factory bulletin and was honest enough to refer me to the dealer to have it fixed there under the warranty. I really appreciate his helpfulness.

Great service! I broke down on my way from Utah to Florida and had no where in town to get my Subaru fixed.. the Subaru dealer told me they could fit me in sometime next week but that they were too busy to look at my car.. I called Todd at Integrity Imports and he told me he was very busy but that he was willing to fit me so that I could get back… on the road.. Todd was able to fix my Subaru very quickly as well as fix my serpentine belt that he noticed was cracked and about to fall apart.. I would give 10 stars if possible wonderful service!⭐️⭐️⭐️

Incredible service. I had to go to Dallas the next day and needed a starter replaced on my 4RUNNER. Todd had a full schedule, it was 3pm on a Friday, yet he agreed to do it anyway. Not only that, he did it while we waited, despite the engine was still hot! AND, I later learned it was his son's birthday and he was trying to leave by 4:30 to get there! AND, he charged me LESS that what he had quoted me on the phone. Folks, it doesn't get any better than that.
