John F. Corkill, Jr started Corkill Associates Architects, now Corkill Cush Reeves. PA., in 1977. John had a desire to find a balance between quality architecture and successful business practices. We still believe project success is based on balancing a projects quality, quantity and cost. Proper quality, quantity and cost controls are success factors which require care through steady communication and clarity by all parties.
John is a leader at the local and the national levels, both in his profession and in his church, and offers his leadership based on experience gained in over 165 church projects: and over 400 consultations. He has also led numerous residential and commercial projects. His focus on high performing, sustainable homes and buildings began in the '70's.

CCR recently worked with the Binkleys' to consider ways to expand their one-story, rambler to provide children's studies, separate bedroom spaces and an open play-zone. This modern homes program was influenced by CCR's understanding of Organic Architecture as it specifically influences form and function.
