Met with Corey December 2020. I loved the quality of the window he showed me. At that time I wasn’t able to move forward with the project. My parents had Maverick to replace windows in October of 2020. They had an amazing experience, the customer service was in contact with them every step of the way. I am now at a point to move forward with the project. Met with Cole, and I am now on the road to new windows and doors! Super excited! Stay tuned for more updates as we progress!

I was very impressed with maverick windows, from the salesman to the installers to the man that followed up to ensure a quality job. The windows were installed in my home ahead of schedule, and a day shorter than projected. The installers were very clean and thorough, if it wasn’t for the new windows you wouldn’t have known anyone came by and worked. I’ll be contacting maverick for any future window needs.

I have gotten my windows and doors through Maverick, and I have loved everything they have done! My house is from the 70s so everything was needing to be updated. Every person that had come in from the representative to the installers have been kind, detailed and hardworking. I have seen everyone triple check their measurements, caulking and etc to ensure the windows and doors are up to par. In fact, they even came back out a few days later to check everything again! My home was built in 1982 and had the original windows and they had lost their seal and had issues with moisture. Got 14 windows installed and one of them was too small, they promised to replace it and almost two moths later I reached out to them and spoke to co owner and he told me they don't offer a window that size and that there was nothing he could do other than give me a $300 refund, absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional..

I've been contemplating replacing my windows for years. Beggining with the initial meeting, I never felt rushed or pressured and their team answered all my questions.... and I had lots of questions! At multiple points during the transaction they checked in with me to keep me updated. The installed product looks better than anticipated and the post sale communication from Maverick has been excellent. Highly recommend
