Excellent customer service - Tremendous in depth knowledge of the bikes I came in to evaluate, as well as experience with my old bike from previous service visits, made my bike evaluation and purchase experience an excellent one. Can't wait to ride my new Trek!!

I brought my son's bike in (which we didn't purchase from Trek) to have the front wheel straightened and chain guard adjusted. I was greeted only a minute after walking in, and the woman was very kind. I left the bike there so it could be looked at and repaired. I was given a call the next day, as well as an email, letting me know the repairs were completed and told the price. The cost was significantly lower than I had thought it would be, very affordable. I picked up the bike that same day.

We've bought three bikes here and had bikes serviced on regular occasions. Always good service and great value!

I moved to the metro area and my old bike needed repair. So of course I looked for a bike shop and found my favorite brand, Trek, had a store nearby.
I drove to the shop the first time and found a bike I liked, but left empty-handed.
A couple of months later, I went back with my bike in tow to get it repaired. They told me their repair shop was taking at least 3 weeks to get it looked at. While there I looked at another hybrid bike and decided I was interested. I put a deposit on it and waited for it to come in.

It took a few weeks and by that time, I got an estimate for repair. But I decided

Very friendly staff, I dropped my bike off for adjustments, They had it ready in under an hour for a very good price. They will also come out to help you unload and load your bike. I without a shadow of a doubt recommend this store for any bicycle needs.

Had the pleasure of stopping in here recently. New to Trek bikes. I had a 1,000 questions and was all over the place. The sales people were very very nice, friendly, knowledable and took plenty of time helping me make a decision and get me the info on what i needed. It was very refreshing to be able to walk into a shop for once and actually get treated like a human being. If i could give 10 stars I would. Shop is very clean and inviting.

I appreciate how quickly the service department was able to get my bike completed...I was originally told it would take about 3 weeks but they notified me within a week that the work was done. They cleaned up my bike really well...it hadn't been cleaned in years (though that's my fault). The staff were very courteous and friendly.

Buying my first Trek bike was a pleasant experience from start to purchase and beyond. First, the website is very informative with beautiful pictures of the bikes. Then my local Trek store has the nicest employees who are obviously super knowledgeable, passionate about riding bicycles and know how to deliver outstanding customer service! I saw the technicians testing bikes and mine was delivered to my specifications and is a joy to ride! Thanks Kevin, Louise, and Nick!

I will definitely be back, the service was good. Most of his recommendations for my bike is what I wanted and it has worked wonders for me.

The first person I spoke to was Kevin. I cannot quite explain how great his customer service skills are. He answered my questions, took the time to make sure I had the appropriate bike for my biking needs and height and absolutely made sure that I made the best choice possible. He sincerely cared that I bought the best bike possible for my needs even if it wasn’t there most expensive.
He wasn’t your typical sales person he honestly knows the business and the bikes speak for themselves. The other employees have a great customer service as well. They also offer lifetime gear and brake adjustments

Great experience. Staff were friendly and helpful. They quoted charges upfront for the repairs needed for the bike. I was kept updated on the completion of the bike. Recommend to others needing cycling equipment and repairs.

The employees do not wear masks or follow covid protocol, it is absolutely outrageous. Maybe they should care a little more about the community their store is in.

I went to this store in Mcdonough GA. No mask wearing at all, total disregard for COVID. Overpriced and poor customer interface. Never again going to this place

I order my bike online early in the morning. As soon as the store open I was called to confirmed the order. Two hours later I received an email letting me know my bike will be ready after 1 p.m. that afternoon. Once the bike was assemble and tested they called to let me know the bike is ready for delivery. When I arrived the very professional and attentive staff delivered the bike and went over several details and shared knowledge on maintenance. Very positive experience and will recommend this store to everyone.

I went to Trek to get a better understanding of the cycling world. Kevin , salesmen , was courteous , friendly and VERY detailed. He explained everything to me and the benefits of cycling. Needless to say I'll be cycling soon thanks to him. Great experience.

Excellent service!!! Literally all your biking needs are here! Kevin is so great he patiently answered all my questions. I had to be here almost an hour scouring the store with him and asking questions. He really cared about safety and made sure I knew to get a helmet. I probably won't go anywhere else for my bike. I can't wait to come here more often. As a beginner I left this place knowing way more than when I entered the store. I would give this place 10 stars if I could.

Great customer service. The mechanic Eric is amazing. Although I ride a specialized bike, I enjoy this bike shop a lot. Great selection of items. Glad we have them in Henry County. Ask for Alec or Trey. We have 2 bike shops in Henry County and they are both amazing.
