Horrible customer service and lazy, incompetent staff. Have told all my associates to stay away from this place, I work with many family physicians who I warned to not refer here. This review does NOT apply to their occupational therapist who was great. It is unfortunate she works for this place.

Doctor refused to call my insurance company for a peer to peer review because couldn't "wait on hold for 20 minutes". I did everything I could on my part, everything they asked, including calling the insurance several times. Medical assistant and front desk staff obnoxious and lazy. Obtained my medical records and out of this terrible place!

The staff at the front desk are a real pain. My daughter needed to get her cast of and I forgot to bring a co-pay, they decided to not attend her!!!!! Just because I forgot that co-pay.... Seriously I would give the staff at the front desk 0 stars.

Called for a follow-up appointment, someone answered and put me on hold for several minutes, then picked up and said the computers were down and they couldn't make an appointment and to call back later that day to see if their computers might be up. I asked if I could get a call back, and she said that she had a stack of work so tall it would be tomorrow before she called me back, and when I tried to ask something, she hung up on me.

My daughter has a foot condition due to my pregnancy with her-Metatarus Adductus. Dr Brian Black is amazing! Great with kids and really goes out of his way for his patients. Her foot is corrected thanks to a surgery in September 2013. She can walk, run and play normally like a normal child should! Very thankful for his help. Never had a bad experience with him. He has a great team of nurses as well!

Very nice staff however Dr. Kosempa barely touched or looked at my foot. Said it's "probably" this. Wow...what happened to thorough exam for the hundreds you get from me. Poor care!! Not at all happy. Will not be back!!
