Dr. Pifel just discharged me because I made formal complaint about his assistant Angie (apparently his wife). Everytime I've called, it takes her 2 weeks to return a phone call or doesn't return a phone call. Orthopedic Institute made it very difficult for me to get care at times especially now I'm waiting for surgery. Now I have to find another specialist to conduct this surgery.
I'm very disappointed and frustrated, now the search is on for new provider.
