Chris is really quite the entrepreneur. I truly believe he cares as much about my business (maybe even more) than his business. We have been with UPS for years, and we thought we had a pretty good discount negotiated. I was really tired of the poor service I had received from them, and started considering paying more if needed in order to receive better customer service for our small business. I was introduced to ELI, and had an initial phone meeting with Chris. Not only could they promise and deliver the service I needed, but they beat my current UPS rates too! AMAZING.
