Our purpose is to promote waste reduction, reuse of materials and recycling. Donations and Member Fees are tax-deductible.

The Illinois Recycling Foundation welcomes everyone whose work is related to recycling in any way to join the membership body consisting of municipal, county and state recycling coordinators, businesses, haulers and processors, not-for-profit organizations, consultants and manufacturers of recycled-content products.

RRS is seeking applications for a full-time MRF Operations Consultant/Design Engineer to provide technical leadership for a wide range of projects related to recycling, recovery and waste management system development.
The role primarily requires technical and/or engineering execution with a secondary focus on sales and will interface with a spectrum of customers, ranging from regulatory and non-profit agencies, the largest corporations in the world, national, state and local governments, product/design companies, to the waste/resource recovery value chain and its related industries.
