As an ebay customer of AE Computers, they have been non-communicative and evasive in resolving an issue, retaining $250 for an item I never received. The issue should have been resolved months ago, but their refusal to communicate has resulted in me writing this review. I hope no one else has to experience this.

Awesome for diagnostics and repairs, and honesty. If it's not worth fixing you'll know upfront and if there is a way to SAVE you money, they will. If you have a question ask, if they don't know the answer, they will research it. If you need something before you shop at the majors, give them a call, I assure you the phones work ;-) -
