We have been with Terri for 24+ years. Knowing her as our agent has been such a great piece of mind. She asks questions and does her best to know you, so that she can help you and your family. She does this because she is a good person that truly cares about helping people. She takes time to work with you so that you understand what coverage is offered. Over the years she not only helped to ensure we made educated decision, but she always checked in with us. This has been more helpful than people would know. I've been doing business with Terri's State Farm agency for 22 years. Always had great service and have been amazed with her ability to hire fantastic office staff. Aliyah did a great job for me today adding a new car to my policy just as she has on previous calls.
Good words for State Farm in general as well. Had a tree fall on my house 12+ years ago causing major damage. Had to leave our home with my family of 5 for almost 3 months. Housing, repairs, allowance for extra meals out, clean up post repairs, etc. were all covered to my satisfaction. Great service at a very bad time.
