November 5 2021 Tech worked on dishwasher and found that it needed new motor/pump for dishwasher and stated it would be mailed to my house with a follow up date of Nov 19. No pump arrived and no tech. Requested a follow up apt. I was able to get call saying that pump was somewhere in the warehouse and appt scheduled for 29 Nov. Still no pump delivered to house. Called company and they said they were still having trouble locating pump. Here it is almost 2 months without a dishwasher and absolutely nothing from S&S. What a way to run a business. I fault S&S Appliance and WHIRLPOOL for this situation

Like many others, Whirlpool chose this company for my oven repair...their customer service has been absolutely HORRIBLE - actually non-existent.

Initial call was in early October - technician came, diagnosed the problem and said it would be 3 wks to get the part in. After 4 weeks no response from company or tech so we called Whirlpool for help and made numerous attempts to call company and texting technician. I have never been so disappointed in a company than I am with this one. Maytag chose this company and I definetly would not chose this one. My techician arrive on the schedule day and told me what was wrong with my washing machine. Told me what it would cost to fix it made a appointment for 2 weeks to fix it and then the day arrived no technician no phone call no email nothing to let me know my appointment had been cancelled. This company was contracted out through my home warranty company to fix my dishwasher. They came out once and had to order parts of course the parts were on b/o when they finally came in they came and fixed it but within a few washes it was doing the same thing again(overflowing) they came out again and ordered the same exact parts with the same results. They sent out another tech in June and he ordered different parts. Of course on b/o finally he was scheduled to come in October but after waiting all day he never showed up. YOU ARE WARNED: S&S does not reply to online messages, ever. S&S never answers a phone call, anytime you call. You will only get the same recorded message that they are so busy they cannot answer & please leave a message. When you do leave a message, or more than one message, no one will ever return your call. You can go online and leave an online message, but you will never receive a reply. Your only option is to go online to schedule a service call. You will receive an email confirming the appointment. No way can you ask what the charge is for a service call. I have used them before and was satisfied but not so much this time. All I needed was a new knob for my stove that was under warranty. Sent model # etc and photos. Tech came out and said I needed a new knob, of ordered the part and scheduled another appt. Two days later they cancelled the appointment because part was not available with promise to reschedule when part was available. That was March 11. This is the most unprofessional, most unreliable company I have ever encountered. They have now missed three appointments to service my new Whirlpool range. They do not answer phone calls nor do they return phone calls. The only contact I have had with them is automated phone calls. This is who Whirlpool uses for their warranty work in our area. This is also a direct reflection on Whirlpool, as far as I’m concerned. Please be warned before doing business with either company!

These clowns made me take a day off work to wait for them. They were supposed to notify me an hour out that their technician was on the way which they did not do. As a result the repairman was surly with me on the phone when he called me 5 miles from my house and he found out I was 25 minutes away. I had to have a friend go to my house to meet him because he told me he wouldn't wait more than five or 10 minutes. When he got there he walked in, looked at the washer, turned it on for some reason, and then immediately told my friend that he's not certified to work on GE appliances, although

ZERO stars. Cannot recommend.

On 8/16, I scheduled an online appointment thru Whirlpool warranty with S&S (I had no other choice of vendors) for 8/25. On 8/23, I received an email reminding me of the appt. But just before noon on the DAY OF THE APPOINTMENT, S&S called me to tell me they weren't coming. Instead, they rescheduled me two weeks out. I was told it was the earliest time available, that the warranty holder had "overbooked" them. When I asked why they couldn't tell me this earlier, since they had my appt info for OVER A WEEK, I did not get a response. Basically

Horrible company , this is my first review to do but I felt I need to let everyone know before they called. I use a warranty co and this is who they sent. They came to attempt to repair my refrigerator, the freezer door would pop open every time the fridge door was shut. With kids in the house they would not realize it and the freezer door would stay open so everything started to melt. Got a new Maytag washing machine and the lack broke after 6 months later on a device what suppose have a good service brand. Call the factory and they gave the service call to S an S appliance and on 03/17/21 they sent a service guy out who was ready to go when he arrived. The factory told me prior to the service guy coming to my house that they already told S and S what the problem was and ordered the parts for the repairs in advance. My appointment window came and went. When I called for an update, I was told my appointment (yes, I have a confirmation e-mail) was not for today, but for Tuesday, we only come to your area on Tuesday and Thursday. I let them know I had taken the day off from work for this, I was not able to make Tuesday. I asked who changed my appointment and why I was not contacted... they are out to lunch. By the way, no apology for changing my appointment or for not contacting me. Whirlpool chose this company for me. My frustrations were with Whirlpool not this appliance company. This appliance company always contacted me the day before my appointment. I didn't have a problem with the technician nor the appliance companies customer service. It did take over a week for the part to come in but I chose to be patient because it was covered under warranty therefore it was free. Yes, it is very difficult to go without an oven but if you don't want to pay then just borrow your friends air fryer and toaster oven. Again, I would recommend this appliance company but
