I had Appliance Connection come to my house on 12/10* to troubleshoot an issue I was having with my washing machine. I had a work meeting, but advised him to call me when he was done and I would jump off and come and speak with him. I received an email with a near $700* quote to repair a brand new washing machine. I tried calling the technician via the phone number he called me on earlier that day, to no response. I wanted to speak with technician to go over next steps but never could reach him. I called the main office, who also could not reach him. They took my number and said he’d call me

Technician arrived within time zone quoted for the service call and when he came back to repair the dryer. He called when he was on his way. When he got here for the service call the dryer was heating again. Instead of packing up and leaving he stayed and checked everything and finally discovered the timer was bad. Saved us money by being so tenacious. Otherwise, we would have had to call him back out and paid another service fee. He ordered the part and came back out in about a week to replace the timer. Very courteous and professional. We will use this service again.
