Dr. Manuel Padilla, D.O. and our Nurse Practitioner, Maria Isabel Padilla, DNP, APRN, FNP-C form a terrific team sharing a common goal - to provide excellent care for each patient seeking medical help.
Our scope of service includes, school physicals, preventative care, surgical clearance, blood pressure monitoring, per-employment physicals, colds, flu, allergy and asthma atherapy, acute and chronic care, urinary tract infections, ear wax removal, minor surgical procedures and other health issues of men and women.

After an honorable discharge from the Army National Guard, Dr. Manuel A. Padilla completed a microbiology degree at UTEP before entering medical school at the University of North Texas Health Science Center. Board certified in family medicine with a special interest in aesthetic medicine, Dr. Padilla has been providing quality medical care for over ten years.
Mr. Gonzalez is an El Paso native and obtained his Bachelor's of Science in Nursing degree from the University of Texas at El Paso in 2010 at the age of 24. Soon after, he began his journey as an R.N. gaining experience in several different nursing areas to include intensive care, medical/surgical care and cardiac/neuro rehabilitation.
The staff, both front and back are very welcoming. The waiting time is not bad at all for being a busy clinic. I've seen all three providers, and like all three of them. They are attentive, they listen and take their time, and make sure you understand what they are saying. I really like this practice!

Very unprofessionals! If you guys came here for Pico Lasers beware! I'm trying to be quiet and since i just get done with my 3 treatment laser although there is any improvements but very few! I told them to hit the spots where it's really dark but they only hit it just to get it red but after you come home the redness is gone and back to your normal skin! I got it 2 sessions. The 3rd one was a credit to my H2o laser because the girl named Anahi was telling me yes we do fraxel laser but it wasn't! It was H2O treatment and it was so painful so i told them i won't continue doing it for my $200 they

To the Laser staff they are all unprofessional because they don't know how to get rid of the dark spots you wanna get rid off! Don't waste your money here!!! You're just paying over and over and your spots getting darker and darker!!!
PS: I paid the Set of the ZO with sunscreens on it! Of course i put sunscreen and followed instructions to what i needed to be done. What I'm telling you guys is Don't waste your money if you just keep on getting laser but no improvement at all! Spent too much for nothing!!!!

Not very professional. I was cancelled twice for reasons that are not reasonable. The first time, I was called an hour before my appointment, saying that my appointment would be cancelled because the esthetician was out of town. I was understanding and attempted to reschedule another one. On the second attempt, they didn't even bother calling and cancelled my appointment a couple of days before it was set. The only way I noticed was because I received an automated text message that it was cancelled again. They didn't bother calling until 4 days AFTER the appointment was originally scheduled. I

Had two sessions done. While not terrible service I did feel like the level of attention was lacking. Almost seemed like a fast food restaurant format. In and out quickly but no post communication. Basically felt like nobody followed upon how my recovery went. In the end I was satisfied with the results of the treatment but I understand that that could occur.

Let me just start by saying. If you value even a minute of your time, you should absolutely avoid this place.
I have an 8 AM Appointment. Somehow they open late at 8:05 AM and I don't get seen till 8:45 AM. I mean how is that even possible? I am the first freaking appointment.
The doctors here are solid. They may go quickly, make a few mistakes. But hey what can you say? They are sure as heck better than the absolutely awful front desk staff.

I'm giving a 1 just because the physicians are good quality. However, whoever they have answering the phones has TERRIBLE people skills. Where do they even get these individuals from, because even the previous front desk young lady delivered terrible service. I personally changed physicians so I wouldn't be having to deal with all the errors in scheduling, billing, the attidude. The reason for me reviewing them now is from seeing how my mom was treated and the overall bad experience with these people. My mom had been feeling sick and wanted to go to Juárez to see a Dr. there thinking

I came into the office one day feeling really sick looking for an appointment. The front office staff was very nice and helpful. They were able to give me an opportunity to see the Doctor that same day. I went in to see Dr. Padilla and he turned out to be an excellent physician. Since then I have continued to get my healthcare needs at this clinic. I highly recommend this place. Providers and staff are friendly and helpful and best of all the wait is not bad at all.
