Regina the laser hair removal girl is very kind and makes you feel like you’re family. She is very professional and always made my visits here worth while. The reason I’m giving three stars is because I stopped going mid treatment because of how the front desk ladies always treated me either over the phone or in person they always were very rude or had a condescending tone when answering simple questions I had about my appointments, etc. Every time I walked in through the front door I always smiled and greeted them and it’s like they’d turn and snark to each other. Best place ever! Adela and Claudia have been so amazing with the treatments. Almost all hair growth was removed in the first session. They make you feel super comfortable even with all the small/uncomfortable questions. Super professional, no waiting time & super clean as well. I love the atmosphere they have where you feel 100% comfortable.
