Kristy is celebrating her 25th year as a Texas Realtor! Licensed since 1996, Kristy opened Palestine Realty in 2011 and is a full time Real Estate Broker to her agents and their clients. Kristy Wages is hands down the best realtor located in Palestine, TX! She has sold us two homes, with the latest being our forever home! She got ours listed to sell, and btw did an amazing job staging it, so amazing that it had a contract on it in less than EIGHT hours from being listed!!!! She’s an amazing realtor! She will go above and beyond for her clients. I called/texted constantly and she was always willing to try to help me in any way possible. She’s super knowledgeable with the area and was always trying to find the perfect home! I’m defiantly recommending her to all my friends and family! I was unable to obtain information regarding a parcel of land by obtaining a MLS number or even searching for the property on the Palestine Realty website. Not everyone wishes to communicate with a realtor for initial contact in obtaining information for determining suitability of purchase; however, as is communicated below, it is best to seek council of a good realtor to help aid you in your search criteria.

Charlene made our first time experience of selling our home a wonderful experience. While our new jobs took us eight hours away from home, she made sure everything was taken care of. Her communication skills were impeccable, so when an obstacle came up she made us aware and was already working on resolving it.
