I wish I could place the comment with out any star . They deserve -100 stars . That's how bad this place is . Specially the dental department . Totally absent of organization skills . I waited 1 1/2 to get in just to realized how lost they were . None of my Information which I left at the center 2 months earlier were on my file if they had any file . One of the staff members was actually very rude when I pointed out how delayed my appointment was . She didn't give a cent about it . She was petulant . After almost 2 hrs ; I decided just to leave the place . Didn't want them

The staff is nice, which is a plus. But they are unorganized. They call you up and send you back numerous amounts of times, instead of just seeing you. Wait time is 2hr+, even if your appointment is at 9am, which is absolutely ridiculous to me. It takes very long to make an appointment so at that point you have to stay. Either they need more doctors on staff or they need to stop booking more than what they can handle. Also this is EXTREMELY unfair to pregnant women who have to sit there and wait for hours at a time, when they made an appointment. At this point, just do walk ins.

Nothing bad to say about the place really. I think the key is to be one of the first ones there when they open at 7:30 AM like I was. Everyone there was pretty nice. my wait wasn't too long either. However, it's a community health clinic so don't expect to be in and out in 10 minutes. However, I do wish they had more english speaking employees. After all, this is the medical field.

So I had to do a chest x ray exam and I confirmed what time I can come by for the exam . The customer service rep advised me I can come by before three because 3:00PM is when the x Ray technician leave . I live up north of Florida , so I went to Borinquen federal highway location before three . I can say I came at 2:45 for the exam . When I got there a lady told me the technician will not see anyone else . I told them the sign says 8:30-3:00Pm . It's not even 3:00 PM yet , so she didn't allow me to speak to anyone . So Borinquen is turning patient away even though the time is right

I went here for my psych appointment about 6 or 7 months ago. After waiting 3hrs I was told my appointment had been canceled and someone called me and told me. That is not true. So after I refused to leave without seeing a doc they told me I could see one at their other location. By the airport. Far af. So I go there and see the doc and all is right with the world. Except its been 6 or 7 months and I can't ever get in touch with the doc and she STILL has not called in my prescription!

Went there for prenatal care and have seen 3 different doctors so far. The first one wasn't allowed to see pregnant women after 28 weeks so they gave me a new doctor the day before my 29 week appointment because they "forgot" how far long I was. I went to a new doctor through them only to be told I have gestational diabetes and my last doctor again "forgot" to tell me, though my records indicate I don't and that I never have had gestational diabetes. Doctor #2 one day was running late on the ONE DAY A WEEK he works with this office so I got moved to Doctor #3. Doc

Gyn service = Poor service. Been waiting for 4 hours with appointment! Also noticed that the staff calls people that came after you- even if that person didn't have an appointment scheduled. But if you are friends with the staff they'll call you right away (sarcastically speaking) bc one of the staff came out right after that pt wrote her name on the list and was called right away... Other than that- bring snacks and a magazine and be prepared to wait!

To make appointments is a pain, the call center confirm over the phone the appointmemt is setup but when you get there the front staff tell you, you dont have an appointment. meaning the call center never really made the appointment.
Another time I made an appointment I received my email and text confirmation, but when I got there the front staff said I didnt have an appointment. I showed the email confirmation but it didnt matter since I wasnt in their system, I would have to make another appoingment.
I had lab work done for my kids, I was told there was an abnormality in one of my kids results

Do not come here!!! Worst service ever! I waited for 3 hours the first time I came here and when Dr Harry Archer finally saw me for a simple routine physical he spent more time looking at his computer and cell phone than checking my health and listening to what I had to say. When I came back to just have my lab results read to me I waited for 2 hours!!! So unless you like to sit in waiting rooms waiting for more than 2 hours to be seen by anyone DO NOT COME HERE! There are plenty of other doctors in Miami

This place all they want is your money. I would say that a quarter of the staff including doctors can't hardly speak English. I was there almost 6 hours and all they did was throw me from one idiot to another asking me the same questions over and over I was exhausted. All the doctor said was we did not have time to do lab work they all went home. I told her I was out there 4 1/2 hours and you did not have time. There was like 8 people in all coming in and out being interviewed over and over. What a mess they should be embarrassed. There was no organization at all. I will not return for more

Beyond bad. Don't waste your time coming here, just go to a miami Dade county health department office to see a doctor. All you do is wait then they send you to different places (registration- with no sign, 4th floor, no now behind the double doors here, wait no not here go there...all throughout the clinic to wait and be told they can't see you...for whatever reason. The worst medical place I've seen run in my life!

The worst experience ever, which didn't even get to the point of seeing a doctor! I made an appointment a month and a half ago, and the receptionist ensured me that October 22nd was the earliest she could do. Then on October 13th, I received an automated message that was breaking up saying something about my appointment on October 15th. Thinking the message was from some telemarketers, I disregarded it. On October 16th, I received an automated message saying I missed my doctor's appointment. I tried calling the office the same day, no one picked up and no one called me back after I left

WARNING to Puerto Ricans and all spanish speaking people. Do not be fooled by the name of this death trap. These are not your friends. Whether fast or painfully slow, death in inevitable for you and your loved one if you rely on this place for your medical needs. The staff and institution as a whole represent the worst of our already diseased healthcare system. We need more people that genuinely want to help. Those that turn a blind eye blaming the system are part of the same system they blame. If you make your living pushing paper and filling insurance claim quotas then you are the problem.
