I have been using this facility to receive my mail for over 5 years and the last year I was getting packages that had been open without my consent, which is a federal offense. Addtionally, they were invading my privacy with the help of some government worker about my past, which is none of their business. When I addressed Steve about his inappropriateness, he hired a lawyer. Now I'm dealing with a lawyer that is not sending my correspondence to my current mailing address. Messing with people's mail is a FEDERAL OFFENSE, which Steve and his lawyer don't seem to understand. They need to stop pointing

Steve is amazing. He called me back to make sure that I had received a call from customs. He definitely did not have to call me. This was after he had sent a large box to China for $450 that FedEx quoted at $1600. I have no idea how there could be such a large difference in price, but I will always be going to Steve for international shipping.
