SUPPORT LOCAL Quite possibly OB’s best kept secret. OB ship & print is the spot! These guys are super professional , very fast, very reliable. I love that I can get all my shipping needs met in one place without having to run around to multiple UPS FedEx and USPS locations— these guys can ship it all! So much better than waiting in line at USPS. Plus they don’t charge you an arm + a leg for boxes and tape when you’re trying to get your package together.

I have utilized this business several times in the last few months and each time, it is such consistent amazing service. All of the guys are super friendly and they are so quick with completing the job, whether it be printing or sending out packages. I called them today at 430pm in a jam needing a 40 page document quickly but not wanting to hold them up from leaving on time at 5pm. The gentleman working told me I could come get it in 6 minutes and it would be done and sure enough, it was. Such an awesome customer friendly business. Thank you for helping me!! I have only been here a handful of times but each time has been a great experience. They are local, family owned and treat you even better than most small family-run businesses do. I'll email them something I need printed out and then when I arrive five minutes later they have it ready for me. My last visit I was a dollar short and they were very understanding, "Don't worry about it, just bring an extra dollar if you're able to the next time you come to see us."

I know I already gave OBBC a 5-star review a couple years back, but I HAD to come back and give them so more love!
Hey Yelp, give me the option to give people a million stars so I can give them all to OBBC! Seriously, though. I've had a mailbox with them for almost 5 years now and I have to say, their customer service is aging like a fine wine. It was already spectacular, but somehow, it keeps getting better??

This place and the people that work here are absolutely amazing. Ive had a mail box here for a couple of years, printed things, faxed things, bought art work and sent out packages and holiday gifts from here. I never wait long and the people like Chris are REAL people and work incredibly hard for everything to be done properly and in a timely fashion.
I must day that have outdone themselves during this COVID pandemic. My "rent" for my box was due and they did not charge me during the pandemic and allowed me to continue to get my mail there. No questions or problems about it. I wasnt expecting

This is truly an OB 5 star. I went in today to resend a document lost by the USPS: tracking code + online, text, USPS phone and counter service all failing to locate it.
The OB Business Center is family owned. I was helped by the wife today who was super efficient, gracious, pleasant; obviously caring to do the job right. Cute young dtr off school running around.
They've got COVID proceedures figured out with hand sterilizer on the counter, drop off proceedures in place, regular cleaning of cash, etc. It was such pleasure to meet these people and to walk away confident things had been done

Who has a printer anymore? I don't. So I literally always send whatever it is I need printed here and it works out conveniently and cheaply. They are also a drop off location for UPS, fed ex..etc. So super convenient for an online shopper like myself who would rather mail back my returns rather than go to the actual store.

I left a one star review 5 years ago, but I learned OBBC has new owners, so I thought I'd give them a chance again and asked them to print and bind a 50 page document. FAIL from beginning to end.
- Their website has no info on basic things like pricing, turnaround times, how to send files for printing, etc. and is functionally useless.
- I had to call to ask like it's 1997 and they gave me a quote- but I was inexplicably charged $10 more than I was quoted.
- I had to go back TWICE because of mistakes- the 1st time the document formatting was completely off, words running off the
