Services
We have designed our 28 Day Fitness Fundamentals course just for you! First you meet with your coach to discuss goals, assess current fitness and any limitations you might have. Then, you work with your coach 3 times per week for the next 4 weeks going through the course - Yes, 12 training sessions with your coach making sure you not only see results but to make sure you learn what it takes to succeed!
At Positive Fitness, everyone begins with our NO SWEAT Starting Point Session. In this critical first appointment, you'll meet with your fitness coach to discuss your goals and concerns, observe your movement quality and create the perfect plan of attack. Your information is then used to make sure you will receive the best program for you each and every time you visit our facility!

Great place to workout!
Lou does a good job of working with everyone individually to make sure they are hitting goals and doing the workouts that best suit their needs.
I do a group class and love it! We are all normal women who love working out together. No pretense. No drama. No makeup 😂😂. Good solid workouts to make our days so much better.

Positive: Communication, Professionalism, Quality
Lou is great in helping to reach whatever health goals you have and he will even throw some in himself. I started with the personal traings and do group excercise when I can. No matter the session/class, the established "positive fitters" are always welcoming and uplifting.
