Services
Service is so much more than a word or a list of things we offer. Service is a commitment to our mission, our calling and to our employees, partners and the patients we serve every day. We believe our patients deserve to have the best quality of life they can while under our care. We believe our employees deserve to work in an environment that supports their growth and quality of life.

Physical therapists provide therapy to patients who have experienced neuromuscular, orthopedic and/or musculoskeletal dysfunctions. Professionally trained and licensed, they promote wellness, maintenance of good health and proper body mechanics in each patient.

Our physical therapists use state-of-the-art equipment and therapy modalities in applying general scientific principles to prevent, identify, correct or compensate for specific dysfunctions. The goal is to maximize individual independence. Physical therapists often work with other therapeutic disciplines to provide comprehensive services when needed.
Offered in three different service levels, the Care+ program extends and incorporates therapy goals beyond the therapy gym and into a patient's or resident's daily activities. Therapists provide thorough evaluations, participate in an interactive interdisciplinary team and use skilled and routine therapy approached to optimize outcomes.

Worked in a Covid positive unit for 6 days and eventually contracted Covid. Had to be out for a week with no pay and workers compensation denied. Contacted Benefits Department and was told they would add my 6hrs of PTO to my next paycheck….not even a full days pay. Attempted to get in contact with HR and no answer. Highly disappointing that we give our all for our patients, but who’s looking out for us? There needs to be a change! Ironic that Reliant’s core value is “Care Matters”.

Look... I get it.. we need a job, BUT: this is Absolutely the most disrespectful company I've been employed by. Pay cuts, horrible benefits, and good luck getting HR to call you back.... or even answer the phone for that matter. If at all possible.... RUN

Awful experience working for this company: gave therapists pay cuts and no hazard pay during the pandemic and no annual raises. Does not take care of the people out here making rh company happen.

From what I’ve heard... they don’t care about their employees... they are all about the bottom line and have no human compassion. I don’t work for them but have had friends who have... super greedy company.
