I have been in St. Elizabeth’s in Jonesboro, AR for a month of rehabilitation. The OT & PT staff are all amazing people to work with. I have really enjoyed working with them! And, the nurses are all really good at what they do! Very happy with both the therapy & the nurses! 5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 (for therapy staff & nurses only)
But, they are very short staffed with the CNA’s. And, they don’t seem to work well as a team. From the housekeepers, CNA’s & the kitchen staff they need better training! I have worked in a kitchen myself in a state facility for many years before I became disabled

Will not recommend this place to anyone. They changed my father's seizure medication without consulting the neurologists first. Whenever I asked the nurse why she changed his medication she decided to get rude with me and my daughter. Daddy also said it took 30 minutes just to get someone in the room do he could get help up to go pee. Do not bring your loved ones here.

Not a good experience at all. They have no side rails, alarms on beds or chairs. I understand some is considered restraints (3 or more side rails) My grandmother went here for therapy, she also has dementia. Her therapy literally lasted 10 mins tops & they wheeled her back in the room. I told atleast 3 different CNA’s, 1 nurse, & the PT guy she is impulsive when it comes to her having to use the bathroom. So don’t leave her unattended in the restroom, her call light was never in reach while I was there, her bandages were never changed even though ordered to change daily. She fell in the bathroom
