Headline: I should've left with Dr. Massey
This office has gone on a downward trajectory since his departure. Can't pinpoint the reason why because it feels like remnants have always existed as to why it never felt 100% well in my spirit. When it comes to my family's healthcare, we seek out the best. The ONLY reason why we initially went and stayed was due to Dr. Massey. When he left i kept the "well, our child started here- might as well stay" mantra.
Today was our last day being patients here after 5 years.
Clarification- nothing against the new doc. This place just needs something else.

I will make this place my official go-to when it comes to my eye care! I’ve been going here since I was a child and still impressed with services. Anticipated my glasses much because I was told that I could have got them right after the exam but instead it was two weeks which is average. Btw I love my new glasses:)!

Dr. Massey and his staff are the best! They go beyond measures to make sure that your every need is addressed. Dr. Massey does an amazing job on explaining every detail of the exam and makes sure to clear up any questions that you have about any problems that you are having! They made getting glasses a fun experience, as it was my first time ever getting glasses. I would highly recommend going to see Dr. Massey and his staff because they are the best in Clinton, MS!

I visited this clinic for two years for an glasses and contact exam. The first year purchasing glass went smoothly. The Doctor was helpful and friendly and I was given a prescription that properly corrected my vision. On the second exam there to get my contacts the is the reason for the low review. The exam went smoothly however when trying to get my prescription and dealing with the “senior technician” things went downhill. After the exam I was prescribed dailies however when I asked for a sample of bioinfinities my prescription was changed which I didn’t find out about until my next visit
