I wish i could do a minus 5 star rating. Do not go to this insurance place. They will drop you if you are costing them money. The purpose of insurance is to be covered in case something happens. As long as you pay your policy, you're covered. I was with them for many years going back to when they were located on Castor Avenue. I had an issue with my policy and was told the main agent Mario would call back. Never heard from him. Also called the insurance company, got the run around from them. Was finally speaking to someone who said she was the owner. She hung up on us. Very unprofessional. STAY
