Plan B is great! I was recently in an auto collision which left some dents on my truck. I chose plan B based on their reviews and I wasn’t disappointed. Their service was personable and professional. Their work was even better. They even took care of a few additional small scratches they found and buffed out my front bumper. I will definitely return if I have any other services they can help me with.

Plan B exceeded my expectations on my 2017 yukon xl, had some bodywork on the rear end and could not be happier with the final job, Steve and his team done everything they could to get the job done right from the first appointment. Very accommodating. Replaced a bumper and repainted the top of the car - did a great job. Vicki and Steve are very knowledgeable and efficient. They replaced stripes on the hood at no cost. Only disappointing thing was there was a small scratch on the driver's door they were going to touch up - must have forgot, but I am sure if we brought it back they would do that with no problems. Good place, great quality.

They made it work for me in my current situation though it was hard on them they did the best job to the best of their ability. I would definitly recommend them over any dealership body shop as their price would have been 3-4 times more than Plan B. I love and appreciate their professionalism and excellent work. Will definitly recommend to friends and family in the area. 10/10

Highly recommend! Just brought my car into get the paint fixed after someone went around keying cars in my apartment complex. They were very friendly, professional, and did an amazing job fixing the scratches on my car! They only had my car for a few days, but it was worth the wait! The paint looks great and I couldn’t be happier.

Absolutely one of the best customer service experience I’ve ever had, and that’s tough to come by in anything automotive related. And the quality of work is impeccable.
I needed a rush job on some body work without sacrificing quality. I called at least a dozen body shops in the Nashville area. Plan B was the only body shop that took the time to listen to my situation and go out of their way to help. They got the job done quicker than I could’ve hoped. And the quality was perfect.
