Dr. Recor is a preferred provider with Anthem Blue Cross as well as Medicare and upon request our office will verify coverage for you in advance of your initial appointment. All deductibles and co-payments are due at the time of service and a credit card is required to be on file. If you have any other insurance plan, we will collect payment directly from you at the time of service.
